"Directions were easy to follow"
The pizza turned out really good, and the cooking instructions were simple enough to follow. I did leave it in for a couple extra minutes, but that’s normal with my oven. The only thing is the print on the box could be bigger. The tiny text feels kind of unnecessary.

We used them for a work lunch my quick test is always: did the food show up hot, and did people go back for seconds? Yes to both. Everything arrived warm, setup was easy, and everyone seemed happy with it. Definitely made lunch planning feel like a no-brainer

"Never Available Like They Say It Is"
I’ve checked a few stores near me and I still can’t ever find their pizzas in stock. They make it sound like it should be easy to grab one locally, but that feels like one of those vague promises that doesn’t really match reality. Frustrating when you actually want to try it.

"Got in easily, even in a rush"
I was kind of in a hurry, so I was relieved that the entrance was easy to spot and parking wasn’t too bad. It did feel a little tight with the busy crowd, but overall it was easy enough to get in and get moving

"Easy reservation, slight wait at the door"
I booked a table online earlier in the day while I was waiting for my laundry to finish, and the whole process was simple. When we got there a few minutes early, they pulled up my reservation right away, so that part was nice. We did still end up waiting about 10 minutes before getting seated, which wasn’t a huge deal, but I was already kind of hungry by then. The staff was friendly about it though, and overall it went smoothly enough. Not perfect, but definitely not a bad experience

The pizza actually tasted really good — the flavor was solid, the crust was nice and crisp, and the sauce hit just right. I’ll admit though, after I paid I felt a little unsure for some reason, like I wasn’t totally confident everything was going to go smoothly. Thankfully the food itself was good.

I was pleasantly surprised by how much was on the menu (not just the usual pizza basics). They had a solid amount of pizza choices, plus salads, pasta, and appetizers too. It took me a little while to decide what I wanted, which I usually take as a good sign. I’m giving it 4 stars because I do wish they had a few more combo options listed, but overall the variety was good

I tried Spinato’s because they advertised gluten-free options, i was hoping for a little more. The pizza was decent, and I did appreciate not feeling totally left out, but the crust was dry and the options felt more limited than I expected. They make it sound like there’s a solid gluten-free setup, but the reality didn’t quite match the promise. It’s fine for a quick meal if you need something gluten-free, just not something I’d get excited about.

"Solid pizza that feels worth the price"
I felt good about what we spent at Spinato's. The pizza tasted fresh, the portions were generous, and it didn't have that stingy feel some places have where you're wondering why you paid so much.

We had enough for the whole family and still ended up with leftovers, which always makes the price feel a lot easier to judge. It's not the absolute cheapest pizza around, but for the quality, I'd say it's fair and definitely worth ordering again.

I don’t remember every little detail of the order, but I do remember being relieved that they got the important stuff right—extra toppings were there and they left off the onions like I asked. Pickup was quick and easy too. no complaints. I was happy with it.

"Solid portions and worth the price"
Ordered from Spinato’s the portions were better than I expected. The pizza slices were huge, or at least bigger than what I had in mind, and then the salad showed up and it was basically a full meal on its own. I always assume salads are going to be those little side ones, but nope. Also had leftovers the next day, which I love because then lunch is already handled. Happy with it overall and I’d definitely order again.

I had a small issue with my order, nothing major, but the staff handled it really well. They got back to me quickly, were friendly about it, and didn’t turn a simple problem into a hassle. that’s all you can really ask for, things happen, but good customer service makes a big difference. I felt like they actually cared, and I’d definitely order from them again

"Not Worth Picking Up Again"
I gave their frozen pizza a try, it didn’t really do it for me. The crust dried out quickly, and the cheese was kind of bland. It wasn’t awful or anything, but at that price, I expected it to be a lot better. I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

"I stopped by here the other day…"
I stopped by here the other day, or maybe it was last week, I’m losing track. The place felt busy and loud while I was there, so it wasn’t exactly relaxing. The tables were clean enough though, which I appreciated. Overall, it was fine, just nothing that really stood out.
